Pat (Patsy) Hammond, Principal
Pat Hammond is
a broadly skilled human resources consultant with global experience. She is a skilled facilitator, a business problem solver,
a performance focused executive coach, and a creative career strategist. Pat is a trainer and facilitator across a broad range
of HR topics such as managing change, team building, work/life programming, delivering quality customer service, and performance
management. Pat provides value-added consulting services to companies looking to attract and retain talent and to increase
productivity through work/life programming. Pat counsels senior managers to increase their effectiveness and productivity
on the job. She also works with private clients to assess their skills and interests, in preparing resumes, and in job search
strategies. Prior to forming her firm in 2002, Work Life Management, LLC, Pat worked for J.P. Morgan for 21 years. Throughout
her career there, Pat’s positions included manager of work/life programming, Internet recruiting leader, employee relations
specialist, and human resources generalist.Pat graduated from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina and has a certificate
from NYU’s Adult Career Planning and Development program. She is qualified in Myers Briggs. Pat is a member of the Arthritis
Foundation’s Board of Directors and the Patient Services Committee, is on the Executive Committee of the Alumni Board for
Duke University, and is a member of the Junior League of Summit, New Jersey. Pat is member of the Society for Human Resource
Management (SHRM), the Association of Work Life Professionals (AWLP) and the Association of Career Professionals (ACP). She
and her husband and daughter live in Summit, New Jersey.
